Apparently this 993 Targa is one of only about a thousand sold here. And while the setup may not be a traditional Targa, it’s still a cool sunroof. I much prefer it to the hardtop or convertible, and the rarity helps.

I guess you could call this the first of the current-gen targa 911s, no more DIY removal now with typical German over-engineered robots and whatnot that will cost a pretty penny when they break or malfunction.

On the plus side, no more having to pull over and manually re-insert the roof when it rains. And it looks cool.
